Today in honor of MLK Day I have decided to follow my dreams of healthiness. I went to the gym today for a hour and did 11 miles (10 on the bike). I ran as fast as the skinny girl next to me ( which is my favorite). But I have this plans to get healthy and give up after 30 or 40 pounds gone and gain it back. So I need so accountability from my friends.
Goals:
* run the Clinton 5k again in July and get 6th from the last instead of 5th.

* give up DIET COKE!

* Eat smaller portions of food.
* Never see this number on the scale again 2*7.
This isn't biggest loser I don't have to tell my number.
* go to the gym 3 times a week for at
least a hour
If everyone will help me a be accountable then I can reach my goals and run faster then the skinny girls at the gym. So ask me about them when you see me. Thank you! This is my awesome post workout picture and starting point. My shirt says I know Karate it's funny.

It was fun to see you the other day! I'm totally with you on your journey. I'm about 14 days sober too. :) good luck!
